Clients are responsible for payment of services provided at time of treatment.  As a courtesy, we offer direct billing to most major insurers. All parties benefit: the insurer settles the claim faster, the health care provider gets paid faster,  and most importantly, the client doesn’t have to front the cost of the healthcare service, submit the paperwork and wait for reimbursement from the insurer.

All we need is:

• Your insurer information
• Policy number
• Member Id Number

Some insurers may require a doctor's note prescribing massage services.  Check with your insurance company if this is necessary and the amount of coverage for your treatment.  It may be a percentage, or maximum limit per treatment.  At present, we can only accept cash or email transfer for the balance of your invoice.
